1. Order Fulfillment and Delivery Timeline

Once a lead package is purchased through Finanzio.net, our team begins the lead generation and qualification process. Leads are delivered gradually and organically to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Delivery timeframe: Leads are typically delivered within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Leads are sent via email or through your secure client dashboard, depending on the plan selected.

  • Delivery may be paused or delayed if client onboarding information is incomplete or pending.

2. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our digital services and the custom work involved in sourcing and delivering qualified leads:

  • No refunds will be provided once lead delivery has begun.

  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction related to conversion outcomes, as results may vary based on your sales process, market conditions, and follow-up practices.

3. Lead Quality and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing valuable and relevant leads. If you receive a lead that clearly does not meet our quality standards, you may request an exchange under the following terms:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the lead.

  • Requests must include a clear explanation of the issue (e.g., invalid contact info, out-of-scope lead).

4. Return Policy

5. Cancellation Policy

Finanzio.net offers one-time lead package purchases (not subscriptions). As such:

  • Cancellations can only be requested before lead delivery begins.

  • Once delivery has started, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
