1. Use of the Platform

1.1 By using the Finanzio platform, you agree to comply with these conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. Any activity carried out unders your account is your responsibilityability.

2. Lead Generation and Results

2.1 Finanzio undertakes to provide lead generation services aimed at identifying potential prospects for Users. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, including, but not limited to, the user's sales abilities, the nature of the target market, and other variables beyond our control.

2.2 By accepting these conditions, you understand that your conversion rate and the profitability of your leads also depends on your efforts and your ability to convert prospects into customers.

3. Distribution of Leads

3.1 To ensure lead freshness and maximize the chances of conversion, generated leads will be distributed organically within 10 business days following the date of your purchase. This way we offer you the opportunity to communicate with prospects quickly after their acquisition to ensure that their interest is high.

3.2 You acknowledgePlease note that this distribution method aims to maintain the quality of leads by ensuring their relevance and timeliness.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to use the Finanzio platform in accordance with applicable laws and these conditions of use.

4.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering and using the services of the Finanzio platform.

4.3 You undertake to communicate with each of your prospects as quickly as possible and to offer them a professional service.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Finanzio undertakes to deliver all leads purchased by the user. However, Finanzio cannot be held responsible for specific lead generation results or for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services. Only the user is responsible for the financial services or advice he offers in the course of his work as well as the consequences that may result therefrom.

5.2 You understand that the information and leads provided by the Finanzio platform are based on algorithms and data available or provided directly by the prospect, and may vary depending on various factors.

6. Changes to the Terms of Use

6.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time. Users will be informed of any changes to these conditions through notifications on the Finanzio platform and/or by email.

7. Refund and Exchange

7.1 Once distribution of leads has started, no refunds will be possible. As mentioned in sections 2.1 and 2.2 of these conditions. Finanzio does not guarantee the success of lead conversion and cannot be held responsible for the results obtained by the user.

7.2 However, Finanzio recognizes the importance of the quality of the leads provided. If, after receiving a lead, it does not meet our quality standards, you have the option of requesting an exchange.

7.3 Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the lead. The request must be accompanied by a detailed justification explaining how the lead does not meet the user's expectations.

7.4 Finanzio reserves the right to evaluate each exchange request on a case-by-case basis. If the request is approved, the lead in question may be exchanged for another lead of equal or greater value.

7.5 Exchange requests will be counted internally in order to establish a purchase/exchange ratio for each user and to control abuse. Finanzio reserves the right to restrict access to the platform or prevent future lead purchases from users whose exchange ratio is deemed abusive.

7.6 Exchanged leads will be subject to the same distribution conditions as the leads initially purchased. Finanzio does not guarantee the immediate availability of replacement leads of equal or greater value, but will strive to provide the best possible solution and satisfactory for the user.

By accepting these conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all of the provisions set out above. If you disagree, please stop using the Finanzio platform.
